Demolition continued this week despite the spring snow that comes to the mountains this time of year. The East and West faces of D&E building are bare, as are much of the interior walkways. The electrical contractor is making great progress pulling wires for the new ceiling mounted can lights on the balconies. Windows, Doors, and Siding has been arriving at the site in preparation for installation.  Scaffolding has been erected on E building and work started on the balcony base plates. After years of anticipation & planning, the Park Place HOA renovation has begun. Demolition on buildings D & E started. Some of the deck railings have been removed. Downspouts have been removed. Electrical rough-in work started on the recessed can lights going in on the unit decks. Many of the windows have arrived on the job site, and doors are expected next week.
