		<content type="html">The door in the picture is primed and has not yet been painted. All units are getting new entry doors. They will be painted to match the red/maroon siding color. The new entry door is indeed the one with the arched top.&amp;nbsp;The hardware to be installed on the entry door is a nice handleset with a deadbolt. In the photo the handleset has not yet been installed, only the deadbolt. The ski locker will have a new&amp;nbsp;knob with matching finish. &amp;nbsp;</content>

		<content type="html">New entry door photo is confusing.&lt;br /&gt;If it's the brown door, what type of hardware will be used? Lever for handycapped accessabilty or what? The arched panel at top of door? Where else in complex is this seen? Is this the color and is tha color the same for all units? Is this color any where else?</content>
