After years of anticipation & planning, the Park Place HOA renovation has begun. Demolition on buildings D & E started. Some of the deck railings have been removed. Downspouts have been removed. Electrical rough-in work started on the recessed can lights going in on the unit decks. Many of the windows have arrived on the job site, and doors are expected next week.
